Kiln firings

We offer bisque and glaze firings for your pottery creations. Just a few things to consider:

- To avoid damage to our kiln, we exclusively fire clay that we stock in our studio. 

- Please note that while we handle each piece with the utmost care, there is a natural risk of accidental breakages or damage during the firing process. We appreciate your understanding that these occurrences, though rare, are part of the artistic process.

Our prices are: 

$10 per 1KG bisque

$12 per 1KG Glaze firing

You can choose your firing type and weight in this page. We will help you weigh your pieces when you bring them to the studio. If your batch weighs more than 10 Kg, you can add "multiple firings" to your cart. 

Please note we 'Do Not' fire:

Wet clay

Creations with glaze covering the base/bottom

Creations that are thicker than 3cm

Paper clay

Fluxes or adjusted glazes (Unless first discussed with Rich or Lisa)

Wild clay (Unless first discussed with Rich or Lisa)
